How to Use Soil Penetrants
Step 1: Mix Products
Determine how much soil penetrant to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage).
To use Aquatrols Revolution Soil Surfactant, apply at the rate of 6 fl. oz. per 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft.
To mix, fill the spray tank with half the amount of water required. Add in the proper amount of Aquatrols Revolution Soil Surfactant. Next, pour in the remaining amount of water and agitate the solution until well mixed.
Apply monthly beginning at least one month prior to the onset of stress conditions.
Irrigation should be applied before the next mowing to enhance product movement into the soil.
