In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple platforms, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact across all platforms: in-store, phone, e-commerce, and email
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain store merchandising standards and cleanliness at all times
- Achieve company sales metrics and customer service quotas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and industry trends
Skills & qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, account management, or retail/e-commerce support
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with a diverse client base
- Problem-solving mindset adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
- Proficiency with email and platforms like ShipStation and Magento (preferred)
- Reliable and able to adhere to a set 3-day / 12-hour schedule
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven record of customer satisfaction

Solutions Pest & Lawn is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in getting every order right the first time.

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to order specs
- Process and ship orders through our e-commerce fulfillment system in a timely manner
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy before dispatch
- Receive and organize incoming inventory, verifying counts against purchase orders
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve order discrepancies
- Meet daily fulfillment quotas and productivity standards
Skills & qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for order processing systems (ShipStation experience a plus)
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
