Aquifer Pellet
Aquifer Pellet
Aquifer Pellet, manufactured by Aqua-Aid, is a durable omnidirectional soil surfactant pellet designed to deliver a uniform moisture soil profile and reduce summer turf stress and wilt.
A unique characteristic of this surfactant is its ability to produce and maintain an omnidirectional (downward and lateral movement) flow of applied water or natural rainfall. This allows not only water, but chemicals and nutrients to be distributed evenly throughout the turfs root zone for up to 45 days.
Aquifer Pellet is a superior non-ionic surfactant that provides a specialized hydration pattern and does not cause burn to turf.
Tools Needed
Aquifer Pellet comes ready to use with no additional application tools necessary.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Aquifer Pellets to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). Use one Aquifer Pellet per 15,000 sq. ft. or one pellet for every 1 to 3 average size greens.
- Step 2: Insert one Aquifer Pellet, with or without container, into the PROportioner jar and use when watering or syringing turf. Apply Aquifer Pellets as needed. Do not water the product in after application.
Where to Use
Use Aquifer Pellet on turf soil.
When to Use
Apply Aquifer Pellet when soil is dry, compacted and hydrophobic. This product can also be used during extreme drought conditions with high temperatures or when you wish to increase soil water repellency.
Safety Information
Aquifer Pellet is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying this product.
Do not let animals or people enter treated areas until 24 hours have passed after application.
