Solutions Pest & Lawn is proud to carry products in our warehouse manufactured by DuPont. DuPont were the originators of a number of brand names products such as the Advion, Acelepryn, Altriset and Arilon product lines. DuPont also makes products for a variety of other segments but its insecticide business in particular was acquired by manufacturer Syngenta and then it's other segments merged into Dow Chemical Company.

About DuPont

DuPont was a chemical company responsible for developing many useful inventions such as gunpowder, nylon and many other beneficial polymers. The company was founded in 1802 and became an innovator of chemicals that were beneficial to multiple industries. In the early 2000's DuPont entered the world of pest control with the creation of effective insecticides such as Altriset and Advion. The Advion brand in particular, which we carry, is now a Syngenta brand but was originally from DuPont.

In 2012, Syngenta would acquire DuPont's insecticide business and product lines in the sector. In 2017, DuPont would merge with Dow Chemical Company to be known as DowDuPont or the "New" DuPont.
