Expert Training

We are committed to providing our franchise partners avenue for continued growth. We recognize that the only way to expand our stores and market share is by expanding our franchisees’ knowledge. One of the core values of our company is that we never fail to provide expert help and knowledge to our customers. We ensure this by providing expert training and support to our franchise partners through start up training, online resources, and one on one support from licensed entomologists and certified applicators on staff.

80+ Hours of Training

Our franchisees will receive at least 80 hours of classroom and in the field training at the Solutions corporate offices and with ride alongs with pest management professionals who are current customers. This will enable our franchise partners to experience all aspects of managing their business, knowing our sales process, and understanding exactly what our customers experience daily. You will have the opportunity to learn about the products from seasoned experts, see how the stores operate on a daily basis, and obtain quality face time with customers. You will also receive sales and business training, business operations procedures, inventory management training, and Solutions point of sale system training. Along with high-level training, Solutions Pest & Lawn also offers ongoing support to our franchisees via phone, email, and through annual seminars.

Attend Sales Seminars

Our franchise partners will also have the opportunity to attend sales seminars hosted by Solutions Pest & Lawn as part of our commitment to provide continuing education in the pest control industry.

You will also be able to attend monthly training seminars hosted by nationally recognized pest control associations where you will learn even more about the industry and network with professionals in the pest control industry.
