Wilco Waxblocks for Rats & Mice Rodenticide
Wilco Waxblocks for Rats & Mice Rodenticide is a reliable multi-feed bait that attracts and eliminates Norway rats, roof rats, and house mice in both indoor and outdoor settings, especially in humid or high-temperature environments.
04/21/26
Wilco Waxblocks for Rats & Mice Rodenticide, manufactured by Wilco, is a professional-grade peanut-butter rodenticide block with angled edges for easier rodent feeding, designed for effective indoor and outdoor control with low risk of secondary poisoning.
Each block is infused with 0.005% Bromadiolone, a powerful second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide. This active ingredient works by interfering with a rodent’s ability to clot blood, leading to a delayed but lethal effect. The delayed action is actually an advantage, it prevents rats and mice from associating the bait with illness, allowing the entire colony to continue feeding until the population is under control.
Wilco Waxblocks for Rats & Mice Rodenticide is an effective peanut butter-flavored, moisture- and mold-resistant rodent bait designed for both indoor and outdoor use against rats and mice. The blocks are cut at an angle, creating sharp edges that encourage rodents to gnaw. This makes them more appealing and effective compared to smooth, square blocks that rodents might ignore.
Tools Needed
You will need a tamper-resistant bait station.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine where you dealing with rat or mice infestations. Look for signs of droppings, gnaw marks, nests, and runways.
- Step 2: To control Norway rats and roof rats, apply 6 to 7 bait blocks per placement for controlling rats. Space placements 15 to 30 feet apart at appropriate locations within the infested area. Maintain a continuous supply of bait blocks for at least 10 days or until signs of new feeding by rats on bait cease to appear.
- Step 3: To control house mice, apply 1 to 2 bait blocks per placement, usually spaced 6 to 16 feet apart. Maintain a constant supply of bait blocks for 15 days or until signs of mouse activity cease.
- Step 4: While wearing gloves, replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately. Collect and properly dispose of dead animals and leftover bait and bait bags, as well as any bait that has become accessible to non-target animals.
