Warfare Rodent Bait
Warfare Rodent Bait is a highly palatable first-generation anticoagulant rodenticide bait block that tackles large to small rats, mice, and vole infestations with little hassle. Its delayed-action formula ensures long-term results, while its attractive scent ensures that rodents are drawn to it and continue feeding until the infestation is eliminated.
Warfare Rodent Bait, manufactured by Solutions Pest and Lawn, is an effective and versatile multi-feed bait that easily deals with persistent and destructive rodents in homes, businesses, and agricultural settings within several days.
Many rodenticide products provide only short-term relief from infestations. Warfare Rodent Bait, however, has a long-lasting effect due to its delayed action. Rodents consume the bait over several days, and because they don’t realize that the bait is the cause of their illness, they continue eating it. This ensures that the rodent population is gradually eliminated over time, reducing the chances of re-infestation and improving the chances of elimination.
These warfarin-based bait blocks are specially designed with a rough texture, multiple edges, and grooves that mimic materials rodents naturally gnaw on, such as wood or tough plant matter. This design satisfies a rodent's instinctual need to constantly gnaw in order to keep their ever-growing incisors in check. Additionally, the shape and density of the block can be optimized to slow down consumption, ensuring that the active ingredient is ingested gradually for a lethal dose while reducing waste.
Warfare Rodent Bait is a high-quality ingredient bait block that attracts rats, mice, and vole infestations quickly and effectively due to its tasty scent and delayed kill action. With their potent active ingredient, highly palatable formula, and easy-to-use application, these bait blocks provide an excellent means of keeping your home or business free from rodents.
Tools Needed
A tamper-resistant bait station must be used.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine where target rodents will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these areas will be along walls and building foundations, in cellars and crawl spaces, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, beside burrow openings, and other locations where signs of target rodents have been seen. When controlling white-footed mice, the bases of trees located in permitted use sites may provide suitable baiting points. Remove as much alternative food as possible.
- Step 2: For mice control: apply 1 block per bait station placement. For high mice infestations, use 2 blocks. Space each bait station placements at 8 to 12-foot intervals. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 15 days or until there are no longer fresh signs of mouse activity or feeding on bait.
- Step 3: For rat control: use 4 to 16 bait blocks in each bait station used. Space each bait station placement at 15 to 30-foot intervals. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until there are no longer fresh signs of rat activity or feeding on bait.
- Step 4: For vole control: place 1 bait block in each bait station. Situate bait stations near runways, burrow openings, or plants that voles have been damaging. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 15 days or until there are no longer fresh signs of vole activity or feeding on bait.
- Step 5: While wearing gloves, collect and properly dispose of all visible dead animals and leftover bait. To discourage reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water, and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation occurs, repeat treatment. Where there is a continuous source of reinfestation, establish permanent bait stations and replenish bait as needed.
Where to Use
This product can be used in and within 100 feet of man-made structures constructed in a manner so as to be vulnerable to commensal rodent invasions and/or to harboring or attracting rodent infestations. Examples of such structures include homes and other permanent or temporary residences, food processing facilities, industrial and commercial buildings, trash receptacles, agricultural and public buildings, transport vehicles (ships, trains, aircraft), docks and port of terminal buildings and related structures around and associated with these sites. Fence and perimeter baiting, beyond 100 feet from a structure as defined above, is prohibited.
Burrow baiting with this product is prohibited.
When to Use
Rodents are often more active in colder months, seeking shelter and food sources inside homes and businesses. Before winter, use Warfare Rodent Bait around the perimeter of your property and inside to ensure that rats and mice don’t invade your space in search of warmth and food.
If you've noticed signs of a rodent infestation such as droppings, gnaw marks, nests, or other damages apply these bait blocks immediately to address the problem. Rodents can reproduce rapidly, so swift action is key to minimizing damage and preventing the infestation from spreading.
