Resolv Rat/Mouse Bait Poison

Resolv Soft Bait, manufactured by Liphatech, is unique because it works well in warmer temperatures. It is formulated with oil instead of wax, preventing the bait from melting for up to 16 hours.

This bait is formulated with bromadiolone, a fast-acting second-generation anticoagulant. The soft bait is wrapped in an absorbent package that allows the grain-like scent to escape, leading the rodents right to it.

Resolv Rat/Mouse Soft Bait is less expensive than standard bait blocks and can be used in different types of bait stations. It is an excellent product for restaurants, grocery stores, and other areas where controlling rats and mice is difficult.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine the areas where rodent activity has occurred (along walls, gnawed openings, corners, concealed places, etc.). Proceed to remove as much alternative food as possible with a thorough cleanup.
• Step 2: When treating outdoor or indoor areas where pets, children, and non-targeted wildlife have access, the bait must be placed in tamper-proof bait stations. Empty bait stations should be set out for a few days, and then unopened packages of Resolv Soft Bait should be added. This will earn trust and prevent rodents from avoiding the station.   
• Step 3:  Place baited stations around the perimeter of the building structure and around areas where activity has been seen. For mice, apply 1 pouch per placement (or up to 4 in areas of high mouse activity), spaced 8 to 12 feet apart. For rats, apply 7 to 36 pouches per placement, spaced 15 to 30 feet apart.
• Step 4: Check treated areas daily to clean up any dead rodents or mess they may have left behind. Replenish and replace spoiled bait every day for up to 15 days or until rodent activity has stopped.

Where to Use

Resolv Rat/Mouse Soft Bait can be used indoors and outdoors where targeted rats and mice activity has been seen. It can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial areas for rodent control. For indoor use, the bait must be placed where children and pets cannot access it. Resolv Rat/Mouse Soft Bait can be placed between walls, in attics, and holes where mice or rats have chewed.

For outdoor use, Resolv Rat/Mouse Soft Bait must be used in tamper-proof bait stations. Bait stations can be placed around the perimeter of building structures, like houses, garages, warehouses, restaurants, barns, and more. Bait stations can also be placed along fence lines.

Resolve Rat/Mouse Soft Bait cannot be placed in areas that are over 100 feet away from any building structure.

When to Use

This product can be used at any time rat or mouse activity is suspected or confirmed. It can also be used in areas where continuous control is required, such as restaurants, barnyards, and manufacturing plants.

Before bait application, identify the type of rodent causing damage to determine how much bait to apply and where to use it. Then, remove all secondary food and water sources before applying bait.
