Monterey Grass Getter Twin Pack

Monterey Grass Getter Twin Pack, manufactured by Monterey, is a highly effective twin pack of Monterey Grass Getter Herbicide and Herbicide Helper that tackles grassy weeds without harming desirable plants. 

The sethoxydim-based post-emergent herbicide delivers consistent and reliable results on grassy weeds such as Bermudagrass, witchgrass, and foxtails. The additional spreader, Herbicide Helper, improves foliage wetting, resulting in faster weed death. 

Monterey Grass Getter Twin Pack is an excellent systemic selective herbicide and spreader bundle package that gives homeowners complete grassy weed control on and around flowers, evergreens, vegetables, and more. This product is the same as Monterey Grass Getter, except it comes with Herbicide Helper. 

Tools Needed

To apply these products, you will need to use a hose-end sprayer, backpack sprayer, or handheld pump sprayer. 

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Monterey Grass Getter Twin Pack to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). General applications will use 1 fl. oz. of Monterey Grass Getter plus 1 fl. oz. of Herbicide Helper per 1 gallon of water per 1800 sq. ft. 
• Step 2: Fill the sprayer with half the water, add the measured product amount, and pour in the remaining half. Close the spray tank lid and shake well to mix.
• Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of weed leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. 

Where to Use

Intended for residential use on and around flowers, evergreens, ornamental groundcovers, bedding plants, shrubs, trees, fruits, and vegetables.

When to Use

Apply when weeds are 1-foot high on days when rainfall is not expected for the next 24 hours after application.

Safety Information

Monterey Grass Getter Twin Pack is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

Do not allow people or pets to come into contact with treated areas until the spray has dried.

Special Considerations

This product does not control sedge (including nutsedge or nutgrass), annual bluegrass, or broadleaf weeds. Red fescue, chewings fescue, hard fescue, and dichondra turfs are also tolerant to Monterey Grass Getter.
