The Hypro D-30/50 GS40GI Control Repair Kit includes the following: 1 Relief Valve Poppet Retainer, 1 Gasket Seal O-Ring, 1 Tension Spring Guide, 1 Tension Spring, 1 Spring Holder and 1 Relief Valve Seat.

To use the Hypro D-30/50 GS40GI Control Repair Kit, you will need a socket wrench to install the hardware parts and secure them in place.

How to Use

• Step 1: Locate an secure the mounting bracket in the desired position.
• Step 2: Place O-rings into groove of relief valve body and discharge flange housing.
• Step 3:Assemble the control unit and discharge flange housing onto the bracket and secure with the nuts and bolts provided.
• Step 4: Use the high pressure hose to connect pump discharge port hose barb to the control unit inlet port hose barb.

When to Use

The Kit will restore flow between the pump bypass and tank back to normal.
