The Hypro GS40GI D-30 Regulator is manufactured by Hypro and is an essential component for your Hypro Pump as part of a Pesticide Spraying Rig. This part helps to improve the flow of the pump so you have a smoother output when conducting spray applications. The D-30 Regulator is mounted directly onto onto the Hypro D30 and D50 Diaphragm Pumps.

The Regulator contains an adjustable high-pressurerelief valve, pressure gauge, bypass lever, two 1/2 inch hose barb outlets with individual shut offs and a 3/4" hose barb bypass.

Tools Needed

To use the D-30 Regulator, you will need a socket wrench to mount the regulator using the nuts and bolts and secure it in place.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove the old D-30 Pressure Regulator by unhooking the hoses and unbolting it from the Hypro Pump unit.
• Step 2: Using the Product Manual, attach the new D-30 Regulator/Control Unit directly onto the pump, tighten the bolts and reattach the hoses.
• Step 3: Rotate the pressure regulator adjustment knob to the desired pressure and then test out the part to make sure it is working properly and that the pump is now pushing out a good smooth output when spraying.

The Hypro GS40GI D-30 Regulator is to be used on a professional pesticide spray rig that has a Hypro Pump. It is to be mounted directly onto the pump.

When to Use

Use the D-30 Regulator when the Hypro Pump from your professional pesticide spray rig is not producing good flow output or the spray pressure and flow is not as smooth as it used to be.
