The Hypro D-50 Pump w/Gear Reduction is manufactured by Hypro/Pentair and designed for use on professional spraying rigs for pest control and lawn care applications. The Hypro D-50 Pump is made with anondized aluminum and stainless-steel and comes with a gear reduction drive.
This medium pressure Diaphragm Pump also features a built-in pulsation dampener, control valve and pressure guage. Use it to replace an existing pump on your professional spray rig or to upgrade a pump to give your unit a boost in spray pressure.

To use the Hypro D-50 Pump w/Gear Reduction you will need a professional pesticide spraying rig to connect the pump to and the socket wrench to make the appropriate connections.
How to Use
- Step 1: Attach the Hypro D-50 Pump w/Gear Reduction to your pesticide spraying rig sprayer setup after removing your old pump. Use a socket wrench to secure the nuts and bolts to the inlet, discharge and bypass ports.
- Step 2: Open the suction valve and check the tightness of suction lines, fittings and filter. Fill the pump with the correct level of oil and then start the pump and let it run for approximately one minute at low pressure.
