This medium pressure Diaphragm Pump also features a built-in pulsation dampener, control valve and pressure guage. Use it to replace an existing pump on your professional spray rig or to upgrade a pump to give your unit a boost in spray pressure.

How to Use

• Step 1: Attach the Hypro D-50 Pump w/Gear Reduction to your pesticide spraying rig sprayer setup after removing your old pump. Use a socket wrench to secure the nuts and bolts to the inlet, discharge and bypass ports.
• Step 2:  Open the suction valve and check the tightness of suction lines, fittings and filter. Fill the pump with the correct level of oil and then start the pump and let it run for approximately one minute at low pressure.
• Step 3:  Power on your pump and spray rig unit to test it out to see if it is pressurizing properly or if adjustments need to be made.
• Step 4: While the pump is operating, adjust the pump to the desired pressure using the control valve and check the pressure guage to ensure it's at the desired level.
