Flatline Soft Bait Rodenticide
Flatline Soft Bait Rodenticide is an attractive first-generation soft bait that quickly and easily controls rats and mice.
01/14/26
Flatline Soft Bait Rodenticide, manufactured by Lipha Tech, is an effective multiple-feed soft bait that tackles rat and mouse infestations, causing severe damage indoors and outdoors.
This palatable bait is specially designed to stay intact within bait stations or feeding devices, reducing mess and spillage as experienced with other bait types. Its soft bait formulation is highly palatable, even in competitive food environments, ensuring quick acceptance by rodents such as Norway rats, roof rats, house mice, and more.
Flatline Soft Bait Rodenticide is a ready-to-use first-generation chlorophacinone soft bait that targets many rodents, making it a versatile solution in light to heavy infestations. Its smooth texture and pre-packaged design will maintain its integrity in extreme temperatures.
Tools Needed
This bait must be used in a tamper-proof bait station.
How to Use
- Step 1: Locate the areas where the rats or mice have been active. Depending on your preference, you may leave the Flatline Soft Bait Rodenticide in the pouch or remove it from it. Be sure to wear gloves for either application. Discard the empty wrapper in the trash.
- Step 2: Apply 1 pouch per placement, usually spaced 8 to 12 feet apart. Up to 2 pouches may be needed at points of very high mice and meadow vole activity. Maintain a constant supply of fresh bait for 15 days or until signs of activity cease.
- Step 3: Apply 3 to 16 pouches per placement, usually spaced 15 to 30 feet apart. Maintain a constant supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease.
- Step 4: Replace contaminated or spoiled bait. Wear waterproof gloves, and collect and dispose of all visible dead animals, leftover bait, and any bait that has become accessible to non-target animals. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment.
Where to Use

As defined above, fence and perimeter baiting beyond 100 feet from a structure is prohibited.
When to Use
