Evito 480 SC Fungicide
Evito 480 SC Fungicide
Evito 480 SC Fungicide is a highly advanced broad-spectrum fungicide that delivers fast and long-lasting control of diseases in agricultural crops.
Evito 480 SC Fungicide, manufactured by United Phosphorous, is an effective systemic fungicide that interferes with respiration in fungi and prevents spore germination and mycelial growth for faster and reliable disease protection.
Due to the advanced chemistry of this suspended fungicide concentrate, it will better absorb into the roots and leaves of treated foliage ensuring complete disease prevention. Additionally, the soil activity of Evito 480 SC Fungicide receives a second boost from rain or irrigation activities resulting in even longer crop protection.
Evito 480 SC Fungicide is a superior fungicide that becomes rainfast in as little as 15 minutes and contains a potent active ingredient that allows for much lower use rate to optimize plant health with lesser applications.
Tools Needed
To apply Evito 480 SC Fungicide, you will need to use a handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, hose-end sprayer, spray rig, aerial application equipment, or chemigation system.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Evito 480 SC Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). To treat listed low growing berries, use 2.0 to 5.7 fl. oz. of Evito 480 SC Fungicide in 10 gallons of water per acre for general disease control or 0.24 fl. oz. of product per 1000 row feet for soil borne diseases. Refer to the label for specific application rates.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Evito 480 SC Fungicide, then pour in the remaining amount of water. Shake the spray tank container until the solution is well-mixed.
- Step 3: Adjust the sprayer nozzle to deliver coarse droplets to cover the lower stems and the soil surface surrounding the plants with Evito 480 SC Fungicide. Avoid watering for 1 day after application.
Where to Use
Evito 480 SC Fungicide can be used for corn (field, sweet and hybrid seed corn), fruiting vegetables and leaf petiole vegetables, listed low growing berries, melons, peanuts, potato and other tuberous and corm vegetables, rice, sorghum, soybean, squash /cucumbers subgroup 9B, and wheat.
When to Use
Apply Evito 480 SC Fungicide early in the growing season of listed crops before diseases appear or when they are first noticed.
Safety Information
Evito 480 SC fungicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
