Solutions Electric Backpack Sprayer, manufactured by Solutions Pest and Lawn, is a professional-grade 4-gallon backpack sprayer that offers constant pressurized spraying from 35 to 65 PSI - perfect for high-density foliage, long-distance applications over 26 feet, or thick turf.

This unit's pump is powered by a 18V/2.6A lithium-ion battery-powered, so you don’t have to pump manually. Just turn it on and spray. It's faster and ideal for long applications on large treatment areas. Compared to the stop-and-go of pump sprayers, the Solutions Electric Backpack Sprayer offers effortless operation and efficiency, making it 7 times more efficient than a manual sprayer.

The heavy-duty construction, featuring a stainless steel wand, a comfortable padded harness, and robust seals, ensures durability even when exposed to harsh chemicals. This sprayer is designed for everyday use in rugged environments, tough field conditions, and exposure to weather and chemicals. This sprayer also features a quick disconnect on the wand to make changing spray tips easy and efficient.

The Solutions Electric Backpack Sprayer is an ergonomic backpack sprayer that provides consistent and uniform application of more than 40 gallons of spray per charge (0.46 gallons per minute). With variable pressure control and a consistent spray pattern, it delivers professional results without constant adjustments.

Tools Needed

A screwdriver would be recommended for assembly.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Remove the sprayer from its original packaging. Remove the top and bottom holsters, nuts, bolts, and nozzles from the intake filter under the tank cap.
  • Step 2: Attach the holsters to the tank and secure them with the nuts and bolts.
  • Step 3: Screw the nozzle to the spray gun through matching threads.
  • Step 4: Attach the spray gun to the side of the water tank using a pulley device.
  • Step 5: Fully charge your battery before first use. Once all connections are made, the indicator light on the charger will change from green to red. When charging completes, the light will turn back to green. After use, be sure to recharge the battery to 100% for the next use.

To Spray

  • Step 1: Fill the sprayer with liquid through the intake filter and secure the tank cap tightly. Always mix a liquid solution in a separate container before pouring it into the sprayer.
  • Step 2: Determine which nozzle is right for the job and connect to the spray wand by pulling down on the quick-connect and inserting the nozzle.
  • Step 3: Turn the pump on by flipping the switch on the side of the unit. The flipping switch to "l" will activate the pump at 65 PSI. Flipping the switch to "ll" will activate the pump at 36 PSI. The pump will make a priming noise when first activated. Once the noise subsides, you are ready to begin.
  • Step 4: Begin spraying by squeezing the spray trigger.

Where to Use

The Solutions Electric Backpack Sprayer can be used anywhere a water, fertilizer, herbicide, fungicide, pesticide, deicer, cleaner, sealant, or other water-soluble liquid application is needed.

When to Use

This sprayer is best used for medium to large-scale applications where efficiency, consistency, and comfort are key.

Professionals and homeowners alike use it for turf management, pest control, weed control, disinfecting large areas, and more. Its battery-powered design and variable pressure settings make it perfect for jobs requiring extended spraying without fatigue.

Safety Information

The Solutions Electric Backpack Sprayer is safe to use around children and pets when operated according to the product manual instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when installing this product and handling chemicals.

Do not operate the sprayer in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Never fill the sprayer with hot liquids (max temperature is 176 degrees Fahrenheit).

Do not leave the sprayer in reach of children, pets, or persons not qualified to handle it in a proper fashion.

Special Considerations

Do not operate the spray gun without liquid in it. This may damage the pump.

Some assembly is required.

You can mix products in the sprayer tank, but it is not recommended. The solution may not mix well enough if poured directly into the sprayer tank.
