This B&G Plunger Rod is manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is a replacement part that is essential in maintaining the pump assembly for 2-Gallon B&G sprayers. The B&G Plunger Rod connects directly to the Pump cap. If your 2-gallon sprayer's pump assembly is not pumping properly or there is a pressure issue, you may need to replace the plunger rod to get the pump working like normal again.

Tools Needed

To use the B&G Plunger Rod, you will need a B&G Sprayer with an Extenda-Ban Valve extension wand and two adjustable crescent wrenches.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Take the Pump Assembly out of the tank
  • Step 2: Disassemble the Pump assembly by removing the handle, Pump Lock Spring. You will then see the pump cap and the Plunger Rod directly connected to it. Remove the old plunger rod and replace with the new part.
  • Step 3: Reassemble the pump assembly and put it back in the tank then test the product out to make sure that the tank ins pressurizing properly.
