B&G Brass Packing Nut (PN-47)

The B&G Brass Packing Nut (PN-47) is manufactured by B&G Equipment and is a replacement part for B&G Sprayers that have the Ban-Drip Valve feature. The packing nut is located on the valve body above the valve trigger and holds the packing rod in place. If it is worn or damaged, the valve may start to leak around the packing nut. Replace this part to get your sprayer to stop leaking and work good as new.

Tools Needed

To install the new packing nut, you will need an adjustable wrench to take off the old nut and screw on the new nut.

How to Use

• Step 1: Detach the Ban-Drip valve and extension of the hose on the B&G Sprayer.
• Step 2: Unscrew the old packing nut and then screw on the nut packing nut, making sure to securely tighten it.
• Step 3: Reassemble the Ban-Drip Valve and then test out the sprayer to make sure that there are no leaks and the valve is working as it should.
