Xcluder 4" x 10' Roll

Xcluder, manufactured by Global Material Technologies, is an excellent tool for excluding rodents, insects, and other pests.

This single roll is a filled stainless steel fabric that measures 4 inches by 10 feet and serves as an "Eco-Friendly barrier against rodents, bed bugs, birds, bats, and other pests. Simply cut out the appropriate amount and place it over gaps, holes, and different points of entry to keep pests out.

Xcluder also comes in a convenient dispenser box, so you can easily roll out the amount of fill fabric that you want.

Tools Needed

You will need a regular pair of household scissors, a razor knife, or a pair of tin snips to cut the fill fabric to specific lengths to suit your needs. You may even benefit from using a screwdriver to help push the Xcluder fabric in tight spaces.

How to Use

• Step 1: First, locate all spaces or voids that need to be filled and cut the Xcluder to fit these spots.
• Step 2:  Measure and cut the appropriate amount of Xcluder fill fabric and place it over any possible point of entry. You could also tuck the fabric into a gap or hole. You do not have to fill the void; just enough to keep out the pests.

Where to Use

Xcluder fill fabric can be used in any void or space that a rodent or insect could use to enter the structure. This includes weep holes, cracked brickwork, extra space around plumbing and electrical wires that penetrate walls, around drain pipes under sinks, and voids along eaves.

When to Use

Use Xcluder fill fabric whenever you notice spaces or voids around the structure. This is an excellent option for when a void is too big for caulk or a different sealant to handle or where repairs might not be feasible.

Xcluder is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.

Special Considerations

Xcluder is a great exclusion tool, but for an active rodent infestation, additional rodent control measures should be followed, such as using traps, rodenticides, and proper sanitation.
