The VE-154 Valve Extension 8" by B&G Equipment Company is specifically sold for use as a replacement part for B&G sprayers. The Valve extension attaches to the valve body with the valve cable threaded through. If your B&G Sprayer Extenda-Ban Valve wand is damaged or isn't functioning properly, replace with this 8 inch extension and get your sprayer back in action once again.

Tools Needed

To install the B&G 8 Inch Valve Extension, you will need a wrench for disassembling the old extension wand and tightening the new extension wand onto the sprayer.

How to Use

• Step 1: Detach the Valve and old Extension wand from the hose by unscrewing the extension at the front of the valve. The extension can be pulled away from the valve along with the interior steel cable. Squeeze the Trigger to drain all liquid from the valve.
• Step 2: Remove the interior cable by pulling it slowly through the back end of the Extension wand – you cannot pull the cable through the front of the Extension. The threaded end of the cable at the nozzle end is short and easily passes through the curve in the Extension. The end of the cable at the valve end is long and will not pass through the curve. Replace the cable if it is worn or damaged.
• Step 3: Replace the old wand with the new 8 inch valve extension. Re-assemble the Extension by inserting the short end of the cable into the back so that threads are exposed at the nozzle end.
• Step 4: Test out the sprayer to see if the spray liquid comes out of the new extension wand properly and at the right pressure.

Where to Use

The B&G 8" Valve Extension is specially designed and should only be used with sprayers manufactured by B&G Equipment. Using it as a replacement valve on other branded sprayers may not work nor will it fit properly.

When to Use

Replace the B&G 8" Valve Extension when your current extension wand on your sprayer is damaged or you would like a wand with greater reach.

The B&G 8" Valve Extension is safe and easy to install when following the sprayer instruction manual. Keep out of reach of children and make sure to wear the proper PPE when using the sprayer to apply pesticides. Make sure not to leave chemicals in the sprayer when not in use and clean the sprayer out regularly.
