Tools Needed
Turf Mark Green Spray Pattern Indicator may be applied with a backpack sprayer or handheld pump sprayer. You will need to mix this product with a pesticide.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much selected pesticide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). To treat dormant greens, and tees use a rate of 6-8 fl. oz. of Turf Mark Green Spray Pattern Indicator per 100 gallons of solution. For light color applications on greens, and tees use 6-10 fl. oz. of product with 100 gallons of solution. For dormant fairways, lawns, and parks apply 6-10 fl. oz. of product with 100 gallons of solution. Light applications on fairways, lawns, and parks use 10-18 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of solution. For dormant roughs, use 12-18 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of solution. For light applications, use 18-24 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of solution. Applications with a small handheld sprayer or backpack sprayer with a 3 gallon tank will use 2-3 fl. oz. of product. Handheld pump sprayers or backpack sprayer with a 30 gallon tank will use 6-10 fl. oz. of product. Handheld pump sprayers or backpack sprayers with 100 gallon tanks will use 18-24 fl. oz. of product. Refer to the product label for specific application rates.
- Step 2: Follow the mixing instructions as stated on your selected product label. Once appropriately mixed with Turf Mark Green Spray Pattern Indicator spray the mixture on a fan-setting to turf.
