TM 85 WDG Fungicide
TM 85 WDG Fungicide is an economical preventative and curative fungicide that prevents and controls a broad-spectrum of turf and ornamental diseases.
04/10/26
TM 85 WDG Fungicide, manufactured by Quali-Pro, is a reliable, broad-spectrum fungicide that gives commercial applicators and homeowners strong, protective coverage against some of the most damaging turf and ornamental diseases.
With its water dispersible granule formulation and 85% thiophanate-methyl active ingredient, this product is both powerful and versatile - exactly what you want in your disease management program. The active ingredient works inside the plant to stop fungal growth by inhibiting cell division. Once absorbed, it moves upward through the xylem and protects new growth, not just what’s already emerged.
TM 85 WDG Fungicide is an effective systemic fungicide that protects turf and ornamentals from a wide spectrum of fungal pathogens, including some that other fungicides miss. When you factor in the broad-spectrum efficacy, easy application, and flexible rotation options, TM 85 WDG offers some of the best bang for your buck in a fungicide program.
Tools Needed
A backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, spray rig, or chemigation system will be needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much TM 85 WDG Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). Depending on the disease, apply 1.2 to 3.6 fl. oz. of TM 85 WDG Fungicide per 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. of turf. Do not exceed 1.2 fl. oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. of turf for home lawns and other residential and public areas. For foliar diseases on ornamentals, apply 4.8 to 19.2 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of water. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add the proper amount of product, and then pour in the remaining half of the water. Close the tank lid and shake until well-mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of plant leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. Repeat every 7 to 14 days during the disease period. Allow the spray to dry on leaves with no watering in.
