Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide
Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide
Tempo Ultra WSP, manufactured by Bayer, is a powerful broad label insecticide manufactured by Bayer and is designed to control a broad range of insects found in various indoor or outdoor areas. Each Tempo Ultra WSP package comes with an individual no mess, pre-measured packet that dissolves in water can make up to 25 gallons of insecticide.
This easy to use product controls flying, crawling and wood destroying insects found in turfs, building structures and landscaping. Tempo Ultra WSP provides a quick knockdown effect with a residual barrier and suitable for various types of sprayers.
Tempo Ultra can applied with a spray rig to cover large areas, or it can be applied with a portable pump sprayer to reach insects hiding in cracks and crevices. Flies, termites, roaches, beetles, and more can be eliminated with Tempo Ultra WSP.
Tools Needed
To apply Tempo Ultra WSP, a hand held pump sprayer, backpack sprayer or spray rig is needed. For professional grade outdoor applications we recommend using a skid sprayer or backpack sprayer and for professional grade indoor applications we recommend using a hand held pump sprayer that will hold up to 2.5 gallons.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Tempo Ultra WSP you need by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. You can do this by measuring (in feet) and multiplying the area length times the width (length x width = square footage). One 50-g packet covers 2,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet. For a small 1,000 sq. ft. tretment, you would have to take 10 g from the packet and mix in at least 2.5 gallons of water. The rate will vary depending on the pest you are treating and where you treat.
- Step 2: Open the outer packaging to remove the water-soluble packet (WSP) and drop the unopened packet in the tank. The packet should dissolve in a few minutes. Agitate and mix well before spraying.
- Step 3: Use the mixture as a cracks and crevice treatment, a perimeter barrier treatment or broadcast spray. Use a coarse, low-pressure spray setting.
- Step 4: Re-apply every 7 to 10 days if targeted insects re-appear.
Where to Use
Tempo Ultra WSP can be used to make indoor or outdoor treatment applications to kill targeted insects. It is ideal for treating lawns, turfs, flowerbeds and the perimeter residential and commercial building structures. It is also a great cracks and crevice treatment product.
When to Use
It is recommended that Tempo Ultra WSP be used by pest management professionals when applied to residential and commercial areas. Tempo Ultra WSP is to be used when targeted insects are seen and re-applied every 7 to 10 days as needed. Do not apply to turfs more than 6 times a year.
Safety Information
Tempo Ultra WSP is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label. Keep children and pets off of treated areas until dry. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when making any applications.
