Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide
Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide
Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide, manufactured by Quali-Pro, is a suspended concentrate fungicide designed to treat a wide range of common diseases in both warm and cool season grasses.
This fungicide features a combination of two active ingredient Azoxystrobin and Tebuconazole in a suspension concentrate product which carries with it multiple modes of action.
Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide is both a preventative and curative control product of all major turf diseases through cool and warm seasons for turf on golf courses but can also be used in fields, nurseries, ornamentals as well as commercial and residential lawns.
Tools Needed
To use Strobe T you can use either a backpack sprayer or a hand-pump sprayer. For larger jobs, a spraying rig would be best.
How to Use
- Step 1: Turf to be treated should be mowed at least 24 hours in advance. Determine how much Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment site. To do this, measure the treatments area lenth and width in feet then multiply (length X width = square footage). The application rate for golf course turf is 0.75 oz. to 1.5 oz. of Strobe Azoxystrobin Fungicide per 1.5 to 3.0 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For ornamental applications, use 5 to 10 oz. of product per 100 gallons of water or 0.625 to 1.25 pints of product per 100 gallons of water per acre. Do not exceed 7.75 oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. or 337 oz. of product per acre per year on golf course turf. Do not exceed 1.84 oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. per year, 20 oz. of product per acre, nor the maximum application rate of 80 oz. of product per acre per year for ornamentals.
- Step 2: Fill the selected spray tank with half the desired amount of water. Then slowly add the measured amount of Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with remaining half of water and agitate until well-mixed.
- Step 3: Spot treat the areas on your lawn where you see the fungal disease. We recommend using a cone fan nozzle tip to get a nice even coating on the infected plant. Allow sprays to dry before irrigation can be applied.
- Step 4: Reapply as needed every 14 to 21 days until you no longer see a disease problem. It may take up to two months of diligent treatments to get rid of the disease totally, depending on the disease type. Make no more than 4 applications of this product per year at the highest application rate for landscape ornamentals and no more than 6 applications per year at the lowest rate for golf course turf.
Where to Use
Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide can be used outdoors on cool-seasoned and warm-seasoned turf on golf courses, and in field, nursery, and container ornamentals, and commercial and residential landscapes.
Do not use on home lawns and turf sites associated with apartment buildings, daycare centers, playgrounds, playfields, etc. Not for use on turf being sold for commercial use as sod. This product should not be applied to bearing fruit trees or vegetables.

Use Strobe T Azoxystrobin Fungicide during the growing season when there are disease affecting your lawn, particularly in the summer time when the lawn may be going through stress. You can also apply it preventatively during the growing season. Apply this product when rainfall is not predicted 48 hours after application.
