Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide
Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide is a fast, dual-action fungicide with contact and systemic control against 65 damaging diseases across more than 110 ornamental species, as well as turf.
11/04/25
Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide, manufactured by Nufarm, is an advanced fungicide that combines two proven fungicides into one convenient, water-dispersible granule formulation for prevenative and curative control on a broad-spectrum of bedding plants, turf, groundcovers, and other ornamentals.
This contact and systemic fungicide delivers preventive and curative protection against some of the most persistent and damaging plant diseases such as brown patch, snow mold, powdery mildew, and more. One active ingredient works as a contact fungicide, forming a protective barrier on plant surfaces that halts germinating spores and stops fungi from invading plant tissue. The second active ingredient provides systemic activity, moving inside plant tissues to suppress infections and offer curative action against diseases already developing.
Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide is an effective two-in-one punch fungicide that doesn’t just stop new infections it also helps clean up existing problems before they spread in numerous ornamentals, turf, shrubs, and trees. At the end of the day, if you want healthier, more vibrant plants that resist disease and thrive season after season, this product is worth it.
Tools Needed
A handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, chemigation system, or spray rig will be needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). To cure diseases in turf, apply 3.0 or 3.72 oz. of Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide per 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. To prevent diseases in turf, use 2 to 3.72 oz. of product per 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
 - Step 2: Fill the sprayer tank with half the amount of water, add the proper amount of product, and pour in the remaining half of the water. Close the tank lid and shake until well-mixed.
 - Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of the foliage leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. After 8 to 12 hours after application, irrigate the treated area with 0.1 to 0.25 inches of water. A second application can be made when 14 days have passed after application.
