The Robco QCG Gun Kit, manufactured by B&G Equipment, is the most versatile valve available.

QCG stands for "quick change gun" and the tool can ot only can it be used for rodding and soil injection, but with the optional Cone-Jet attachment it can also be used for pre-treating as well.

This kit contains the following items:

ROBCO QCG Gun, Adjustable Side Handle, 5/8" X 40" galvanized steel soil rod with 360° tip, 7/16" X 40" stainless steel rod, 7/16" X 12" stainless steel rod, Foot Ram with Rubber Cone Seal, Splash Guard, 7/16" X 360° Stainless Steel Tip, 7/16" X 180° Stainless Steel Tip, 7/16" Stainless Steel Void Tip

Tools needed

To use the tools and attach them to a spraying rig or appropriate power sprayer you may need the help of a wrench to loosen or tighten bolts and nuts. You will also need a power drill to drill into slab.

• Step 1: Inspect all valves and junctions of the hose to the tools and to the pump to be certain all connections are secure and not leaking.
• Step 2: Connect the appropriate tools like the QCG gun to the spraying rig according to the manual instructions.
• Step 3: Drill holes into concrete slabs and then attach the QCG gun tips to apply your selected termiticide to the treatment area(details in the instruction manual).

Where to Use

The B&G Robco QCG Gun Kit with Standard Pipe Set can be used to get deep penetration in concrete slab to reach termites residing under the slab or in wall voids.

When to Use

Use this tool kit when you are conducting a trench treatment for termite control and there is concrete slab that need to be treated around the perimeter as well.

Special Considerations

Please note that this tool kit must be used with a large spray rig and will not work with hand held pump sprayers or backpack sprayers.
