Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detector

The RedEye Retrofit Termite Detector can turn almost any termite bait monitor into a visual termite detection tool. Older model termite detectors have to be constantly be dug up for inspection, while the visibility of the red eye enables the monitor station to stay in the ground. Keep the old stations and make them like new with the Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detector.

The Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detector can be made to fit inside almost any termite bait or termite detection station. Most bait stations or detection stations can have a hole drilled in the top with a 7/8 inch size bit to place the Red Eye Retrofit Detector in. Then place the station back into the original location for an easier to read termite detecton system. When termites eat away at the wooden plug inside the tube of the Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detector, it will cause the red eye to drop from view, indicating there is termite activity.

With the Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detectors, there will be no longer be a need to dig up the old detector to check for termites. Just look for the red eye indicator when inspecting old mointoring stations. Using the Red Eye Retrofit will signifcantly reduce the amount of time and effort it takes to inpsect the property for signs of termite activity.

Tools Needed

To Install the Red Eye Retrofit Termite Detector a drill and 7/8 inch paddle bit is needed for making the right size hole in the bait station.
