Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate, manufactured by Pyranha Products, is a effective fly spray that controls a wide range of insects like lice on livestock in and around their premises.

Formulated with two powerful active ingredients permethrin 10.00% and piperonyl butoxide 10.00%, which work to overexcite the pests nervous system leading paralysis then eventual death.

Once diluted, 64 oz. of Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate can create between 50-200 gallons of spray making it an economical choice for professionals or do-it-yourselfers.

To use Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate, you will need to use a ULV fogger or in an automatic misting system.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To find this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply (length X width = square footage). For outdoor use areas as a premise spray application, dilute 1 part Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate in 39 parts (3.2 fl. oz. per gallon of water) to create 0.25% permethrin ready to use product. Depending on the animal and treatment area, the rates will vary so it would be best to refer to the product label.
• Step 2: Fill the sprayer with half the amount of water, then add measured amount of Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate, then fill the rest of the way with water. Close the spray tank lid and shake until solution is well-mixed.
• Step 3: Wetten grass in application areas for outdoor applications a few hours before spraying. Spray the leaves, branches, flowers, tree trunks, and other dense foliage in outdoor application sites evenly. Treated lawns should be watered with 1/4 inches of irrigation after application. When treating labeled animals, wet the hair thoroughly, paying particular attention to topline, underline, flanks, withers and other infested areas. In empty indoor areas, apply this product as a fine mist or fog, directing the spray toward the upper corners and ceiling until the area is filled with mist. For heavy infestations, repeat application after 2 weeks.

Where to Use

Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate can be used in outdoor areas of drive-in theaters, drive-in restaurants, gardens, homes, parks, playgrounds, recreational areas, golf courses, feed lots, corrals, swine lots, zoos and urban areas. Animal premise use areas this product can be used in are cattle barns, milk rooms and parlors, dairies, horse barns, poultry houses, swine houses, and kennels.

This product may also be used dairy and beef cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, poultry and dogs (over 12 weeks of age).

DO NOT USE ON CATS OR KITTENS OR THEIR BEDDING. DO NOT APPLY THIS PRODUCT TO PUPPIES LESS THAN 12 WEEKS OLD.

When to Use

Apply Pyranha Stock Guard Concentrate when pests are first noticed indoors, outdoors, or on labeled livestock. 

Lawns should not be higher than 3 inches at time of treatment. For best results, apply in cool weather, 65 degrees to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, or in early morning or late evening hours.

Special Considerations

Pet sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product. If you see signs of sensitivity bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large quantities of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.
