ProFoam Foaming Concentrate
ProFoam Foaming Concentrate
ProFoam Foaming Concentrate, manufactured by the Nisus Corporation, is a foaming agent that can be mixed with an insecticide or sanitation products and be applied via a foaming sprayer to help the products better reach pests and problems in hard-to-reach areas like: wall voids, tunnels, ground voids, drains and other voids needing complete treatment of all vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Often sanitation products and insecticides on their own cannot get into these tough spots to clear up organic matter or pests like roaches and termites that like to hide in the deepest of cracks and crevices in a home.
ProFoam Foaming Concentrate makes it easy and is highly recommended by pest control pros because of how it enhances pest control treatments.
Tools Needed
To use ProFoam Foaming Concentrate you will need an insecticide, soil termiticide, borates, or drain cleaning agents of your choosing and a specialized pressurized sprayer with foaming capabilities.
How to Use
- Step 1: In a foaming sprayer of your choosing, mix your selected insecticide with water in the sprayer according to selected pesticide label directions.
- Step 2: Add ProFoam Foaming Concentrate to the diluted pesticide solution you just mixed. The amount of foaming agent needed to add to the mixture depends on the treatment area and what the insecticide label determines. Depending on circumstances, you will use either a low or high expansion rate. To achieve low expansion, use either 1-7 to 1, 1/2 to 1.5 oz per gallon, or 4 mls. per liter. To achieve high expansion, use 8-20 to 1, 1.5 to 9 oz. per gallon, or 12 mls. to 71 mls. per liter. Not every product can or should be turned to foam.
- Step 3: Begin applying the foam mixture you created to the target area where the pest is infesting. This should particularly be used in cracks, crevices and voids so focus your application in these areas. The foam should fill the voids perfectly and reach any pest that is hiding in the deepest of hiding places.
- Step 4: Reapply as needed.
Where to Use
Use ProFoam Foaming Concentrate indoors. Ideal for use in remote areas as well as in vertical and horizontal spaces including wall voids, tunnels, ground voids, and drains.
Avoid release into the environment.
When to Use
Use ProFoam Foaming Concentrate when you need to conduct a pest control application that will gain better reach in voids and hard to penetrate areas and the usual liquid pest control treatments aren't effective enough.
