The Packtite Closet is a portable heating system that allows the user to heat up the contents to a temperature that is lethal to bed bugs. The device can be packed away and is portable, allowing use in many locations. This product is a safe, non-chemical way to control and eliminate bed bugs on your clothes and other items.

Tools Needed:

The Packtite Closet comes with everything that is needed to operate it. The device will need to be plugged into a power source, so an extension cord may be necessary in some situations.

How to Use:

• Step 1: Unpack and stand the Packtite Closet up. Use the provided metal frame to prop the device up from the inside, and hang clothes from the cross beam.
• Step 2: Place or hang any clothes or other items that can potentially have bed bugs inside the device, and place the included thermometer inside in an appropriate location and seal the Packtite closed.
• Step 3: Power on the device and allow the device to heat up to 115 - 120 degrees, and set the timer for the appropriate amount of time (if you are running the heater at 120 degrees, it will need to be maintained for at least 1 hour).
• Step 4: Let the device sit for at least 5 minutes to cool off, and then remove the items.

Where to Use:

This product is portable, allowing easy transport and use in many different locations. Use the Packtite Closet wherever you need it as long as there is a power source.

When to Use:

Use the Packtite Closet any time you suspect there may be bed bugs on certain items like towels or blankets, or on clothing. Prompt treatment is necessary to prevent the spread of bed bugs.

Safety Information:

This product uses high internal heat and a heater. Take all necessary precautions around hot items, allowing them to cool before touching them. Be sure to keep the device at lethal heat for long enough to kill any bed bugs.

Special Considerations:

This product is only one aspect of bed bug control. If you are dealing with an active infestation then killing the bed bugs on your clothes and other items won't be enough to get rid of them. This product should be used alongside an insecticide treatment and other bed bug tools to get complete control.
