Oxadiazon 50 WSB Pre-Emergent
Oxadiazon 50 WSB Pre-Emergent
Oxadiazon 50 WSB is produced by Quali-Pro and is a high-quality pre-emergent herbicide that comes in water dispersible granule form. It controls targeted weeds by stunting the development of seeds at the beginning of the germination phase.
Oxadiazon controls various weeds found in turfs and ornamental areas like annual grasses and broadleaf weeds such as crabgrass, poa annua, and buttonweed. It's very easy to use and comes in convenient water-soluble bags packets for easy measuring and mixing.
Tools Needed
To apply Oxadiazon 50 WSB a professional skid sprayer, with a broadcast boom or handheld wand is needed. You could also use a handheld or backpack sprayer for smaller applications
How to Use
- Step 1: In a sprayer of your choosing, fill the spray tank 1/4 of the way with water or fluid fertilizer only and then begin the agitation process.
- Step 2: Add Oxadiazon 50 WSB to the spray tank and then add the rest of the required amount of water. To ensure even treatments, we recommend adding a spray colorant.
- Step 3: Keep the agitation process going during the entire application process to ensure an efficient spray suspension.
- Step 4: Make application to desired areas and properly clean the spray equipment when completed.

Oxadiazon 50 WSB can be applied in dormant, established Bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass and Zoysia turfs such as fairways, golf courses, parks, and sports turf.

Q:Is this safe for garden application? Goosegrass has taken over my garden this summer and I want to correct this before next growing season.9/3/18A:This product is a pre-emergent and thus it will not remove goosegrass that you has already emerged. Timing is important when applying pre-emergent and if applied before the goosegrass seeds have germinated, it may control goosegrass and prevent it from showing up and taking over your garden in the summertime. This is safe to use when you follow label directions.
