This MBS1 Mouse Bait Station is manufactured by VM Products, and is used to control mice in residential and commercial applications either indoors or outdoors. The station measures 4.75”x1.25”x3.75”.

This compact, durable station has a smooth surface for easy maintenance and cleaning. It is designed with a durable hinge for extended durability and reliability. The MBS1 has a spring-loaded locking mechanism for easy closing and opening that requires the included key. This compact design allows the station to fit into tight spaces, either vertically or horizontally and it also comes with an insect bait tray for optional insect baiting.

The interior, specifically the bait area, is designed with raised edges to keep water out.

Tools Needed

To use the MBS1 Mouse Bait Station but you will need a soft bait or block bait of your choice for baiting. You will also require the included key to open and close the station.

How to Use

• Step 1: After you have confirmation of rodent activity, open the MBS1 Mouse Bait Station using the universal key, turning it following the arrow until it clicks.
• Step 2: Input bait either horizontally or vertically using the accompanied rods. You can also input insect bait in the optional insect bait tray if you wish.
• Step 3: Place the bait station in an area that you want to control rodents and after giving it a day or two, check the station. Discard any dead mice and check bait stations daily and re-fill with bait until rodent activity has stopped. We suggest not washing the bait station until the treatment process is completed, as clean stations might turn rodents away.

Where to Use

MBS1 Mouse Bait Station are ideal for outdoor use and can be used indoors for areas where the bait can be accessed by pets or children. For best results, bait stations should be placed up against exterior walls or fence lines, as rodents are rarely seen out in the open. They are ideal for use around residential and commercial areas such as restaurants and food supply stores.

When to Use

MBS1 Mouse Bait Station should be used when you want to control mice yet do not want the bait out in the open where children or pets can access it. The bait stations prevent them from having access to the rodent bait blocks or snap traps. Bait stations are great to use when weather conditions can ruin bait making it less effective.

Special Considerations

This bait station uses the same key as the FBS-1 Fly Bait Station and the EZ Klean Rodent Bait Station. Please note that you will receive 1 - key for every 6 stations purchased. Also, the key will be taped on the inside of the station through the entry hole.
