The outer backside of the cup as markers for milliliters up to 125.

Tools Needed

To use the measuring cup, you will need a pesticide chemical and a sprayer or the application equipment you are going to add the pesticide to.

How to Use

mixing with cup

  • Step 1: To figure out how much pesticide you need, you will need to determine the treatment area. To do this, multiply length x width to get the total square footage to be treated. Most pesticides will have rates in ozs., mls., tsps., or tbsps that coincide with square footage.
  • Step 2: To mix, you will put water in your sprayer, then add the appropriate amount of chemical to the sprayer using the measuring cup. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with water and shake it up.
  • Step 3: Apply the mixed solutions to the target treatment areas, spraying to wet but not to the point of runoff.

Where to Use

The 4 oz measuring cup can be used to add pesticide chemicals to various pieces of pesticide application equipment.

When to Use

Use the measuring cup when you want to more precisely measure the amount of pesticide product you need to mix and the pesticide product you have does not come with a tip and measure bottle.

Safety Information

The measuring cup is absolutely safe to use. Be sure to wear the proper PPE before mixing and applying chemicals (gloves, protective eyewear, particle mask, long sleeve clothing, closed-toed shoes).

Special Considerations

Make sure to use this measuring cup solely for pesticide measurements and not for other uses such as for measuring food and liquid items for consumption. This is to avoid or prevent cross-contamination.
