Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets

Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets are a great choice for baiting Norway rat burrows. Rats see these pellets as seeds in their environment and readily accept them as food. Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets allow the applicator to determine the correct amount of rodenticide needed to treat their specific rodent problem. Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets formulation appeals to a rodent's natural seed-eating behavior.

Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets is formulated by Lipha Tech to eliminate norway rats, roof rats, house mice, and warfarin-resistant norway rats. The active ingredient is bromadiolone which works quickly and efficiently in eliminating rodents. Rodents who consume the bait will die in a matter of days. Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets can be placed around indoor or outdoor areas where rodent activity is found with the use of bait stations. Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets are ideal for use around homes and other permanent or temporary residences, food processing facilities, industrial and commercial buildings, trash receptacles, agricultural and public buildings where rodents are not welcomed.

Tools Needed

Bait stations are mandatory for outdoor, above-ground use. Tamper resistant bait stations must be used if children, pets, or non-targeted animals may access the bait. Remember to always wear gloves when handling bait.

How to Use

Step 1: As soon as rodent activity is found, place Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets in and around infested areas. Depending on the severity use up to 10 ounces per placement spaced 15 to 30 feet apart to kill rats and use 1/2 ounce per placement every 8 to 12 feet apart to kill mice.

Step 2: Clean up infested areas and remove any secondary food or water sources, to prevent rodents from refusing the bait.

Step 3: Maintain a constant supply of fresh bait for 15 days or until signs of house mouse activity cease and every 10 days for rat activity.

Step 4: Replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately. Wearing waterproof gloves, collect and dispose of all visible dead animals and leftover bait, as well as any bait that has become accessible to non-target animals. To discourage reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment.

Where to Use

Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets can be used in indoor or outdoor areas where rat or mice activity is evident. They can be placed in homes and other permanent or temporary residences, food processing facilities, industrial and commercial buildings. When using bait stations, place the bait stations every 10 to 20 feet apart surrounding the perimeter of the structure or area where rodents are found. For best results place the bait stations up against a wall where the holes entering the stations are closest to the wall.

When to Use

Determine areas where rats or house mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these are along walls, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, between floors or walls, in or beside burrows, or in locations where rats and/or house mice or their signs have been observed. Remove as much alternative food as possible.

Safety Information

Do not expose children, pet or non-targeted animals to Maki Bulk Paraffinized Pellets. This will keep the rodent from carrying the bait away to be found by an innocent animal or child later on. Store product in use in a location out of reach of children and pets. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) with applying Final Blox Rodenticide.

Special Considerations

It is mandatory to use a tamper-resistant bait station when applying this product either indoors or outdoors for safety.
