Junction is a broad spectrum, dry flowable powder fungicide. This product is made to be applied over many different plant types, and will eliminate and control a broad list of fungi, diseases, and bacteria on your plants.

Tools Needed

Junction can be used with many different application methods, in small or large volume application. For small volume or household application, you can use a hand pump sprayer, a hose end sprayer, or a backpack sprayer. For large volume application you can apply using boom sprayers or even aerial application.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Measure the area you plan to apply the product to, identify which fungus or disease you are treating, and the plant you are applying the product to. This will determine how much product you will need to use, and how much to mix. Typically for ornamental spraying, you will use 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of Junction per acre -- this is one half a teaspoon per gallon of water. For turf spraying, you will mix 2 to 3.6 ounces per 1,000 square feet. See the label for full mix and application rates.
  • Step 2: Spray the product over the desired plants, being sure to apply evenly with a spray that carries enough water to thoroughly coat the leaves of the affected plant and turf.
  • Step 3: Reapply as necessary, following label instructions. Normally, this will be in 7 to 14 day intervals as needed. Do not over apply as overuse of the product could harm the plants.

Where to Use

Junction can be used in small or large volume application, on a large variety of ornamental and crop bearing plants. Refer to the label for a full list off applicable plants and sites. Not for use by homeowners and not for use on athletic fields. Do not apply Junction to plants grown for food.

When to Use

You can apply Junction at the first signs of a fungus or disease forming for quick relief and continual control, but it can also be used during an active infestation to eliminate the pest and keep it from further harming your plants.

Safety Information

Care should be observed when applying Junction, as if the PH levels of the water used are higher or lower than 6.5-7, it can cause phytotoxicity on the plants being applied to. Refer to the label for a full list of precautions and other necessary information before applying this product. Always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling, measuring and mixing, and applying this product.

Special Considerations

Some plants may react in a peculiar way when treated with Junction. The label has notes on specific plants and reactions, but not all cases have been observed. If you are concerned about how your plants will react, treat a small area with Junction and observe the plants for an adequate period of time before applying to the whole area.
