High Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose, manufactured by Solutions Pest and Lawn, is one of the most critical components of a spray rig.

This hose has a durable PVC lining inside to prevent it from kinking. This type of hose is ideal for fast and efficient treatment applications on crops, lawns, vineyards, around building perimeters, and other large outdoor areas.

When replacing a spray hose on an existing spray rig, buying a spray rig, or having a spray rig customized, the High-Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose ensures long-lasting and high-quality performance.

Tools Needed

When using the High-Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose on a spray rig, a suitable spray gun for the application is needed. A flat-head screwdriver, hose clamps, tubing cutters, and a crescent wrench are also needed to install the hose on a spray rig's hose reel.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Attach the hose barb fitting to the reel. Once secured, slide the hose over the barbed fitting, making sure to put the hose clamp on the hose before sliding it on the barb. Tighten to secure.
  • Step 2: Unwind the hose entirely and then reel it onto the hose reel (either via manual or electric).
  • Step 3: Once you reach the end of the hose, you can attach a quick-connect or hose barb, depending on what you will be attaching it to.

Where to Use

Using PVC Spray Hose

The High-Pressure Chemical Spray Hose is the main component on spray rigs, which treat lawns, recreational fields, crops, vineyards, nurseries, and the perimeters of residential or commercial buildings.

When to Use

The High-Pressure Chemical Spray Hose is used to apply products to large surface areas such as lawns, flowerbeds, and the sides of or around residential and building structures. It is also used to spray products on hard-to-reach areas such as trees or fences. When spraying trees, it is recommended to use a 1/2" hose for an adequate volume of liquid running through the hose.

Safety Information

The High Pressure is safe to use when applied according to manual directions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying chemicals with this product.

Special Considerations

Make sure the High-Pressure Chemical Spray Hose is the right size for the working pressure and burst pressure of the spray rig.
