Heavy Duty Mobile Wire Shelving - Stainless

Heavy Duty Mobile Wire Shelving is manufactured by Solutions and is a durable and movable cart made from chrome-plated carbon steel that is rust-resistant. This shelving rack has four shelves that can withstand 800 lbs of weight per shelf when evenly distributed with a total weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. It also comes with 5 durable swivel casters (rolling wheels) to make the rack easy to push. Use the shelving rack to organize your stored equipment while also having flexibility of moving the cart where you need it.

Tools Needed

To install the Heavy Duty Mobile Wire Shelving you will only need a rubber mallet to assist with installing the caster wheels.

How to Use

• Step 1: Using the rubber mallet, install the 4 casters to the 4 posts by tapping the stems into the post openings. Enable the wheel brakes to keep the caster from rolling during the assembly.
• Step 2: Starting with the lowest shelf, snap the shelf support pieces around the post at the lowest groove where you would prefer the shelf to be positioned. Slide the support up or down until it snaps onto the groove. Do the same to the remaining posts.
• Step 3: Slide the post through the underside of the shelf until it slides snug over the supports. You should then stand the unit upright and tap down on the shelf to make sure it is secure and that the wheels are not moving.
• Step 4: Choose where you would like the height position of the next shelf and repeat the previous step of sliding the shelf firmly onto the supports. Repeat onward until all 4 shelves are installed and are secure.
