Gary's Green 18-3-4
Gary's Green 18-3-4 is a liquid fertilizer crafted specially for golf courses and sports turf, designed to deliver professional-grade color response, turf vigor, and stress resilience.
11/04/25
Gary's Green 18-3-4, manufactured by Brandt, is a premium foliar fertilizer designed to deliver essential nutrients directly to golf courses and sports turf, promoting consistent growth and vigor.
It delivers a powerful 18-3-4 NPK nutrient punch, enhanced by chelated micronutrients (including iron and manganese) for an immediate and lasting greening effect. This is more than a standard NPK blend it’s a targeted foliar solution that gives high-performance turf sites everything to look sharp and perform under pressure.
Gary's Green 18-3-4 gives a rapid turf color response in golf courses and sports fields often within 24 to 48 hours of application. But unlike some products that cause a flush of growth, this formula doesn’t overstimulate vertical shoot growth. You get that deep, dark green we all chase without pushing the turf too hard.
Tools Needed
A handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or spray rig will be needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Gary's Green 18-3-4 to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For cool-seasoned turf, apply 6 to 9 fl. oz. of Gary's Green 18-3-4 per 2 to 3 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For warm-seasoned turf, use 9 to 12 fl. oz. of product per 3 to 4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add the proper amount of product, and then add the remaining half of the water. Close the spray tank lid and shake until well-mixed.
- Step 3: Ensure thorough coverage of the treatment area until wet, but not to the point of runoff. Allow 3-6 hours for drying time before irrigation. Repeat applications as needed every 7-14 days.
