E-Pro Insecticide is manufactured by Zoecon and is a pyrethrum based insecticide used to protect livestock from mosquitoes, stable flies and other insect infestations. E-Pro carries a broad label and is also good for controlling beetles, ticks, cockroaches and insects that frequent agricultural areas. Because it's made from pyrethrins, it is safer to use than most pesticides and is versatile in its use.
Tools Needed
E-Pro is to be diluted with water in a hand-pump or backpack sprayer. You could also use a fogger or a misting system.
How to Use
- Step 1: In the spray equipment of your choosing, mix a portion of E-Pro with fresh water. Application rates will be found on the insecticide label. The typical rate is between 4 - 12 oz. per 750 square feet of surface. Check the label for detailed application instructions.
- Step 2: Mix well and spray the product on the desired surface or program your automatic misting system to conduct a spraying as usual.
Where to Use
E-Pro can be used indoors and outdoors, wherever there is a flying insect problem that needs to be addressed. You can safely use it as a space spray or contact spray in residences, hotels, schools, food processing plants, animal shelters, and plenty of other places. You can use it to treat cracks and crevices, a perimeter application around a structure or a broadcast treatment where pests are at rest. Check the label for the complete list.
When to Use
Use E- Pro Insecticide when there is an infestation of insects in a sensitive area like around crops and livestock or other agricultural area where toxic chemicals are discouraged.
Safety Information
E-Pro Insecticide is a natural product and can be safely used in any treatment area when properly diluted according to the label directions. You don't have to remove children or animals from the area when conducting a misting treatment but direct application should be avoided.Use the Proper PPE before mixing and applying (gloves, eyewear, long sleeve clothing).
