Cyanarox Fly Bait
Cyanarox Fly Bait
Cyanarox by Zoecon is a ready-to-use granular fly bait. It contains the active ingredient cyantraniliprole and controls house flies in and around residential, commercial, institutional and agricultural structures. This bait can be used in rotation with products that have a different mode of action such as QuikStrike Fly Bait and Golden Malrin Fly Bait. If you are looking for an efficient way to eliminate invading flies, Cyanarox is highly recommended.
Tools Needed
Be sure to wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) before handling or applying the product. For indoor use, a bait station designed to hold granular baits is required. For outdoor use, a granular spreader is required. For general applications, a hand spreader is recommended.
How to Use
- Step 1: First, measure the square footage of the area you want to treat. You can do this by multiplying the length and width of your area together (length x width = square footage). This will determine the amount of Cyanarox you will need. The application rate is 3.2 ounces per 1,000 square feet for low infestations, and 6.4 ounces per 1,000 square feet for severe fly population.
- Step 2: Pour the desired amount of Cyanarox into the spreader or bait station. If you are using a hand spreader, make sure it is properly calibrated for granular application.
- Step 3: Apply Cyanarox to your measured area. Reapply bait or replenish bait stations every 7 days until fly population is at an acceptable level.
Where to Use
Cyanarox can be applied indoors with the use of a bait station or outdoors with a granular spreader. Cyanarox can be applied around restaurants, taverns, hotels, grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, warehouses, and sports complexes. It can also be applied to food processing plants, schools, and stables.
When to Use
Use Cyanarox when fly infestations are noticed indoors and outdoors.
Safety Information
Cyanarox is safe to use when label directions are followed. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Do not apply as a scatter bait outdoors when raining. Do not place bait within access of children or pets.
Special Considerations
For outdoor broadcast applications, do not apply more than 2 pounds per 1,000 feet per calendar year. For indoor applications, a bait station is required.
