Country Vet Metered Fly Spray, manufactured by Country Vet, is a hands-free aerosol insecticide that provides 24/7 protection in automatic metered dispensers and controls flying pests within various agricultural, residential, and commercial indoor settings.

Each can is designed to last up to 30 days in a standard dispenser set to spray every 15 minutes. That means you get a set-it-and-forget-it fly control system that works 24/7 without you having to lift a finger. Every time the dispenser activates, it releases a measured burst of insecticide into the air. This fine mist quickly knocks down flies, gnats, mosquitoes, and other flying pests that enter the treated space.

How To Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Country Vet Metered Fly Spray to use by measuring the cubic feet of the treatment area. To find this, measure the treatment area's length, width, and height in feet and multiply them together (length X width X height = cubic feet). Apply one unit per 6,000 cubic feet of unobstructed space. Do not apply more than 1 time per day. 
• Step 2: Remove the protective cap from the top of the can and insert the can into the dispenser.  
• Step 3: Secure the dispenser at least 7 feet from the floor or ground and at a point where the air flow or wind will carry the particles throughout the area to be protected. 

Where to Use

Country Vet Metered Fly Spray can be used in food handling and food preperation areas of restaurants and food processing plants, stores, farms, dairies, barns, kennels, factories, hotels, motels, offices, ships, planes (cargo area only), supermarkets food warehouses, bottling plants, homes, milk and egg handling areas of dairies and chicken houses. 

This product is not for use in residential areas or on indoor residential surfaces.  

When to Use

While you can use it year-round in warm climates, most people use it seasonally during peak pest activity.

Country Vet Metered Fly Spray is safe for people and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product. 

Do not enter or allow others to enter until vapors, mists, and aerosols have dispersed, and the area has been thoroughly ventilated. 

Special Considerations

If less than 24 hours of kill is required, the dispenser should be set to start one hour before kill is desired and run one hour after kill is no longer needed.
