Cide-Kick is manufactured by SePRO and is a non-ionic spray adjuvant that acts as a wetting agent, sticker, activator, and penetrant. For herbicides, it helps to break down the waxy cuticle on the leaf surface and penetrate the bud and bark area of woody brush allowing the herbicide to have a better uptake. Cide-Kick can help herbicides on terrestrial applications, aquatic applications and forestry settings. It can be also mixed with fungicides, algaecides and insecticides to improve effectiveness

Tools Needed

To use Cide-Kick Surfactant you will need a selected pesticide to mix in a handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or professional skid sprayer.

How to Use

Step 1: First, measure how much Cide-Kick you need to mix in with the pesticide of your choice. Read the label, as application rates can vary depending on treatment, location, and targeted pest. For most applications, you will use Cide-Kick at rates between 1 pint to 2 quarts per 100 gallons of finished solution per acre.

Step 2: Now that you have determined how much Cide-Kick you need, you can begin mixing your pesticide solution. Once you have mixed the pesticide you intend to use, add the appropriate amount of Cide-Kick Surfactant to the solution and shake the spray tank to mix.

Step 3: Apply the pesticide, making sure to follow the label of the pesticide product you are using to determine how to properly conduct the treatment to your target site.

Where to Use

Using a wetting agent for insecticide

Cide-Kick Surfactant can be used for agriculture, turf, surfaced and submerged aquatic areas, forest site preparation, and rights-of-way.

When to Use

Cide-Kick Surfactant is ideal to use when a pesticide product requires or recommends using a non-ionic surfactant to enhance the effectiveness of the product and improve uptake to plants and leaf surfaces.

Safety Information

Cide-Kick Surfactant is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the label and when given time to dry. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing or applying any pesticide or lawn care products (gloves, long-sleeved clothing, protective eyewear, safety mask).

Special Considerations

If applied alone, Cide-Kick Surfactant will not produce any results. It must be mixed with an appropriate pesticide or other compatible products for visible results.
