Biathlon Herbicide is a unique pre-emergent herbicide granule specially formulated for ornamentals, conifers, Christmas trees, and non-crop areas, offering long-lasting control of broadleaf and grassy weeds with an innovative low-dust granule that improves safety and ease of use while forming a protective soil barrier for several months.
Biathlon Herbicide, manufactured by OHP, is a long-lasting, dependable granular pre-emergent herbicide that stops broadleaf and grassy weeds before they ever emerge in the soil of field and container ornamentals, Christmas tree farms, non-crop areas, and more.
It contains two selective active ingredients: Oxyfluorfen 2.0% and Prodiamine 0.75%. These active ingredients are formulated on the Verge engineered granule, a proprietary carrier designed to reduce dust, improve uniform coverage, and enhance applicator safety.
Biathlon Herbicide delivers exactly what today’s professional growers and grounds managers need: reliable weed prevention, reduced labor costs, safer application conditions, consistent performance, and excellent plant tolerance. Its dual-active formulation, innovative granule technology, and ease of use make it one of the most practical and dependable pre-emergent herbicides available for ornamental and non-crop environments.
