B&G Pivot Bolt Washer 34522

The B&G Pivot Bolt Washer (34522) is made by B&G Equipment and it is a replacement piece of hardware for the B&G Robco Termite Tool. The B&G Pivot Bolt Washer is to be installed on the QCG or Quick-Change Gun or the SRG and helps to keep the Pivot Bolt in place on the gun.

To install the B&G Pivot Bolt Washer you will need gloves and an adjustable wrench.

How to Use

• Step 1: Before starting, it is important to flush out any chemicals that could be left in the unit. To flush out the unit, simply add clean water and triple rinse. Once the unit is clean, you will need a clean working area preferably a table to dismantle the unit due to the many small parts.
• Step 2: Using the wrench, disassemble the Pivot bolt nut of the QCG gun and remove the old pivot bolt washer. You can then replace with the new pivot bolt washer and tighten to secure it in place.
• Step 3: Reassemble the Robco Termite QCG gun, and then test out the gun by adding water to the unit and spraying to ensure there are no leaks.

The B&G Pivot Bolt Washer is used in the B&G Robco Termite Tool and is part of the Quick-Change Gun assembly. The Robco Termite Tool is used primarily for sub slab injections such as on a driveway.
