The B&G 34515-N Nyloc Pivot Nut is a replacement part manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is specifically sold for use as a replacement part for The B&G ROBCO QCG or Quick Change Gun. This multi-purpose gun is used to apply termiticide and injecting it into the soil around the perimeter of structures and beneath concrete slab. QCG parts experience wear and tear over time and should be replaced periodically. Replace the Nyloc pivot bolt nut if your QCG gun is experiencing a leak.

Tools Needed

To use the B&G 34515-N Nyloc Pivot Nut, you will need the appropriate B&G ROBCO QCG Termite Tool to replace the part on and possibly a pair of pliers or a crescent wrench if the parts are tightly secured.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove the nosepiece adapter and inspect the Shutoff valve and the Valve seat gasket. Observe the condition of all the parts such as the gland nut, Viton Gasket, and O-ring as well as the Pivot Nut.
• Step 2: Use a wrench to remove the old Nyloc Pivot bolt nut. You can refer to the repair manual instructions for details on how to specifically do this. After taking the old nut off, replace with the new B&G 34515-N Nyloc Pivot Nut and tightly secure it.
• Step 3: Put your QCG Gun back together and test it out to ensure it is working properly.

The B&G 34515-N Nyloc Pivot Nut is meant to be used only for replacement on a B&G ROBCO QCG Guns.

When to Use

Replace the B&G 34515-N Nyloc Pivot Nut when it has been damaged or you are experiencing a dip in spray pressure quality or a leak from the QCG Gun. How often this part is changed depends on how often you use the sprayer. If it is heavily used, the part wears and tears quicker. Typically at minimum, we suggest changing it out annually.
