The B&G Multeejet Crack and Crevice 4-Way Tip (5800-CC) is a replacement part manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is specifically sold for use as a replacement part for Extenda-Ban Value assembly for the stainless steel B&G sprayers.

The B&G Multeejet Crack and Crevice 4-Way Tip is an important part of the B&G sprayer wand as it helps to adjust the sprayer to different spray settings such as fine or coarse fan and 2 pin stream settings and a setting specifically to spray in cracks and crevices. The Crack and Crevice 4 Way Tip is located on the tip of the Extenda-Ban Wand, in the multeejet tip assembly. 

Tools Needed

To use this part, you will need the appropriate B&G Sprayer to replace the part on and possibly a pair of pliers or a crescent wrench if the parts are tightly secured.

How to Use

• Step 1: Take the sprayer Multeejet tip assembly apart on the extenda-ban valve wand. You can refer to the repair manual instructions for details on how to specifically do this.
• Step 2:After taking apart the assembly, remove the old tip assembly piece and replace it with the new B&G Multeejet Crack and Crevice 4-Way Tip.
• Step 3: Put your B&G Sprayer back together and test it out to ensure it is working properly and changing to the different spray settings seamlessly.

The 5850 Tip Assembly is meant to be used only for replacement on a B&G Sprayers with Extenda Ban Valves.

When to Use

Replace the 5850 Tip Assembly when it has been damaged or you are experiencing problems when changing to the different spray settings. How often this part is changed depends on how often you use the sprayer. If it is heavily used, the part wears and tears more quickly.
