Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide, manufactured by Prime Source LLC, is a liquid systemic fungicide that controls soilborne, foliar, aerial, root, seedling, and crown diseases on ornamental and turf foliage.

This product is strongly effective as results are generally seen within 3 applications of Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide. For this reason, Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide should not be mixed with other fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or adjuvants.

Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide is an ideal low-economic fungicide that will treat cool-seasoned or warm-seasoned turf diseases such as yellow patch or leafspot within a reasonable time frame of 28 days.

Tools Needed

Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide requires a backpack or pump sprayer for application. When spraying large areas, you may need a backpack sprayer with an adjustable fan-nozzle to avoid run-off.

Aerial application equipment is strictly prohibited with the use of this product.

How to Use

• Step 1: Examine the shrub, flowers, and foliage to be treated to make sure it is listed on the Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide label. Determine how much Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment site. If unsure, then measure the length and width of the application site and multiply them together (length X width = square footage). Spot treatments for turf should be applied at the rate of 0.4 oz. of Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide per 1 to 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For turf applications per acreage, mix Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide as a dilute spray application in 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Do not apply more than 9.6 quarts of this product per acre per year. For ornamental plants in 4 oz. containers, use 0.95-3.85 oz. of product per 50 gallons of water. Ornamental plants in 8 oz. container or larger, use 1.9-7.7 oz. of product per 100 gallons of water. Refer to the label as specific dilution and reapplication rates vary based on the foliage being treated.
• Step 2: Fill your sprayer halfway with the appropriate amount of water, add the measured amount of Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide, and then fill with the remaining half of water. Close the sprayer lid and shake the sprayer until the solution is well mixed.
• Step 3: Direct the nozzle of your sprayer above the afflicted foliage, preferably on a fan spray setting for even coverage and reduce drift. Spray generously on the top and bottom of foliage leaves, but not to the point of dripping off the plant. Plants should be completely dry after application before irrigation can occur.

Where to Use

Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide is labeled to use on golf courses, commercial turf farms, lawns and landscaped areas around residential, institutional, public, commercial and industrial buildings, parks, recreational areas and athletic fields.

This product may contain some diseases on container, bench, fiat, plug, bed, or field-grown ornamentals in greenhouses, shade-houses, outdoor nurseries, retail nurseries, and other landscaped areas.

When to Use

Ideal conditions to apply Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide would be when rainfall or high-volume winds are not expected within 48 hours after application. Applications will work best when disease has first appeared and is in its early stages of development.

Safety Information

Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide is safe to use around children or pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, mask, long-sleeve shirt, long-sleeve pants, coveralls or Tyvek Suit, and closed-toe shoes with socks when mixing or applying this product.

Do not allow children, individuals, and pets to enter treated areas until spray solution is dry. Certain states may require more restrictive reentry intervals, consult your State Department of Agriculture for further information.

Special Considerations

Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide should not be used with silicone based products as phytotoxicity may occur. In addition, this product may not be used on apple, crabapple, or cherry trees for the same reason.
