Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer
Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer
Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer, manufactured by Arborjet, is a easy to use suspended concentrate fertilizer that promotes root development of new or well-established landscape trees, shrubs, and other plants.
Unlike other liquid soil applied fertilizers, this product is scientifically engineered with essential nutrients, seaweed extract, humic acids, surfactants and humectants to help eliminate water, summer, and winter stress for plants. Also, this product successfully aids in transplanting new plants to soil, including sandy soils.
Aborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer makes watering more efficient, reduces plant stress, and increases water and nutrient storage in landscape and containerized plants throughout various seasons.
Tools Needed
Aborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer can be applied in watering cans, hose-end or hydraulic/pump sprayers, soil injectors and similar equipment.
How to Use
- Measure the size of the tree or shrub you intend to treat to determine how much product you will need to use. To do this, measure the distance around the tree trunk or the height of the shrub. Measure distance in inches around the tree trunk at chest height, and multiply the number of inches by 0.5 to find how much product you need. Dilute 1.25-1.5 fl. oz. of Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer in 1 gallon of water or 1 gallon of product in 70-100 gallons of water. 1 gallon of Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer in 70-100 gallons or water will treat up to 3,000 sq. ft. of landscape.
- Step 2: Fill your sprayer with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer, then pour in remaining half of water. Shake the spray tank until solution is well-mixed. For hose-end sprayers, only add the measured amount of product then spray until the appropriate amount of water is added.
- Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of leaves, and around trunks of foliage until wet, but not to the point of runoff. May repeat applications once a month throughout the growing season, particularly during hot, dry months. May make additional application in fall in northern areas, before the ground temperatures drop below 40F to decrease plant stress during winter cold.
Where to Use
Use Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer on trees, shrubs, and other landscape plants.
When to Use
Make applications of Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer at transplant or in fall after leaf senescence, early spring before bud break, or in the growing season after leaves on plants have matured. In northern regions, also apply in fall before the onset of winter.
Safety Information
Arborjet NutriRoot Fertilizer is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Do not let people or pets enter treated areas until the spray has completely dried.
