Appear ll Fungicide, manufactured by Syngenta, is an easy to mix fungicide that enhances control over professionally managed golf course turf while also improving the stress and tolerance of this terrain for a better aesthetic look.

Formulated with potassium phosphite 49.41%, which helps to greatly increase the turf's natural defense against harmful diseases such as anthracose and pink snow mold.

Appear ll Fungicide is a superior emulsifiable concentrate fungicide that prevents and controls diseases in golf course turf and also enhances the color due to reduced stress and diseases.

Tools Needed

To use Appear ll Fungicide, you will need to use either a hose-end sprayer, backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or spray rig.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Appear ll Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acerage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). Depending on the disease, apply 3 to 8 fl. oz. of Appear ll Fungicide in 1 to 5 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For specific application rates and restrictions refer to the product label.
• Step 2: Fill the sprayer with half the amount of water, then add the measured amount of Appear ll Fungicide. Lastly, add the remaining half of water then agitate until the product has completely dissolved.
• Step 3: Spray the mixed Appear ll Fungicide to the top and bottom of the turf leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. Reapply this product when 14 days have passed after the previous application.

When to Use

Apply Appear ll Fungicide before diseases are present or when it first develops on golf course turf.

Do not mow treated areas until grass is completely dry.

Special Considerations

Appear ll Fungicide has been evaluated for phytotoxicity on a large number of turf grasses under various growing conditions. However, testing all plant species, with all tank mixtures and combinations is not feasible. Test a small portion of the area to be treated for phytotoxicity, prior to treating the entire area.
