Andersons Chlorothalonil 5G Turf Fungicide is a convenient and easy-to-use contact fungicide that offers professional applicators a hassle-free way to manage turf diseases. Stop turf disease before it starts. Simplify your fungicide routine with Andersons Chlorothalonil 5G and keep your turf looking its best all season long.
Tools Needed
A push or broadcast spreader will be required.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Andersons Chlorothalonil 5G Turf Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). Depending on the disease, apply 1.0 to 5.2 pounds of Andersons Chlorothalonil 5G Turf Fungicide per 1,000 sq. ft. for preventative control. To cure current outbreaks, use 3.8 to 5.2 pounds of product per 1,000 sq. ft. depending on the disease. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
 - Step 2: Calibrate your spreader to the correct setting for desired rate. Add the needed amount of granules.
 - Step 3: Apply uniformly across the turfgrass surface. A second application can be done when 14 days have passed after the first treatment.
