Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS, manufactured by Agrisel, is a professional-strength, broad-spectrum insecticide concentrate that offers long-lasting residual control, low odor, and cost-effective performance for turf, ornamental, perimeter, and structural applications.

This broad-spectrum insecticide uses lambda-cyhalothrin, a synthetic pyrethroid, as its active ingredient. What sets it apart is its capsule suspension formulation, which means the active ingredient is microencapsulated for extended residual activity. Each tiny capsule sticks to surfaces and releases the active ingredient slowly over time. The result? Insects such as ants, spiders, wasps, and more not only die on contact, but those that come into the treated zone days or even weeks later are still affected.

Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS is a powerful non-repellent insecticide that can handle both interior infestations and perimeter defense, simplifying your pest control routine. Depending on treatment area and exposure, you can expect up to 3 months of protection, especially in shaded, undisturbed indoor environments.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). For turf/lawns, use 5 to 10 fl. oz. of Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS per 2 to 5 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For spot treatments in turf, use 0.5 fl. oz. of product per 1 to 2.5 gallons of water. For ornamentals, apply 1.5 to 5 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of water. To make perimeter applications, use 0.8 fl. oz. of product per 1 to 5 gallons of water per 800 to 1600 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions. 
• Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add the proper amount of product, and then pour in the remaining half of the water. Close the tank lid and shake well. 
• Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of plant leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. For perimeter application, spray 3 feet up the structure and 10 feet wide around it on the ground adjacent to it. Delay watering or mowing for 12 to 24 hours to control surface-feeding insect pests.

Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS can be used in, on and around buildings and structures for the control of listed pest, including on lawns, ornamental trees and shrubs around residential, institutional, public, commercial, agricultural, poultry houses and industrial buildings; and parks, recreational areas and athletic fields.

When to Use

Make applications at the first sign of infestation or before they appear. 

Safety Information

Agrisel Lambda-Cy Pro 9.7 CS is safe for people and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product. 

Do not apply to pasture or cropland, and do not allow animals and people access to treated areas until the product has dried.

Special Considerations

While phytotoxicity testing has been carried out on a wide range of ornamental plants under various environmental conditions, and no phytotoxicity has been observed, certain cultivars may be sensitive to the final spray solution. It is advised to prespray a selection of ornamental plants and observe them for 7-10 days prior to treating large areas if local use experience is unavailable.
